Wedding Photography Pricing Guide

SO, IF YOU’VE MADE IT THIS FAR, I’M ASSUMING YOU’VE LOOKED OVER MY PORTFOLIO AND ENJOYED WHAT YOU SAW. HURRAY! HOWEVER, HIRING ME COMES WITH A FEW ADDITIONAL BENEFITS.

The person you choose to hire as your photographer is definitely one of the most important vendors while planning your wedding. After your wedding day, and you are back from your honeymoon, the pictures and your marriage are what will last forever. Photography is an investment and I want to create your visual legacy.

  • I make a special effort to ensure that being photographed is as relaxed and organic as possible. I often photograph alone and with the least amount of gear possible. I ensure that you never feel like you’re on exhibit or that there are a lot of awkward lights, light stands, and helpers everywhere. You, my camera, and a few lenses are all that are involved. I have an effective setup for every scenario, however I do carry vintage and experimental equipment to experiment with (as well as a full backup kit).

  • You get all the edited files in high-resolution JPEG format. Easily downloadable with no watermarks via an online gallery.

  • Nope! One months before the wedding you’ll receive a questionnaire with everything I need to know about your wedding plans. Included in that is the only shot list I ask for – the groupings for family photos. There are recommendations about what people normally do and an area to fill in what’s unique to your family.

  • Travel costs only apply with locations that require a flight or that are over 2 hours away from San Antonio, Texas. Destination weddings will be customized depending on the specifics of your location, however it’s generally 2 nights hotel and round trip flight out of SAT airport.

The Packages

Typical coverage begins with getting ready in the morning and ends about half an hour after the first dance, when I have enough party shots to tell the entire tale of the day, which usually lasts 8 – 10 hours. But I’ll adjust the hours to suit you, so let me know if you require short or long coverage.

Every wedding I photograph includes:

  • A pre-wedding meeting. To get to know you and discuss your wedding plans.

  • All retouched, high resolution photographs are available in a downloadable web gallery.You usually receive something in the region of 800 images, but it depends on how long I’m with you for on the day.

  • An online gallery active for 12 months. Your photos are in a password-protected web gallery.

  • Me and sometimes a second shooter. Working hard to capture your wedding in all of its magnificence!.

  • 30% non refundable payment to own the date. I have a policy of booking with whoever first submits their contract and pays the retainer for an inquired date.

  • After we’ve talked about which package works best for your wedding I’ll send along a formal proposal with the contract and payment information in a custom online portal.
