FAQ’S / PRICING

LET’S GET TOGETHER

I’ve always found that meeting in person or via Skype to discuss issues and responses is far more beneficial. If you’re in the San Antonio Texas area, let’s meet for coffee.

EVERY WEDDING IS UNIQUE

Though these FAQs may answer some of the more important questions, I always handle situations with flexibility and logic. My business is constantly changing, and I’m always pleased to share the latest developments with you.

  • Wedding photo coverage by Christian starts at $2,800. Reach out via my Contact Page and I’ll follow up with full pricing and entire wedding galleries for review. I promise, after the initial email everything is quick and easy!

  • I make a special effort to ensure that being photographed is as relaxed and organic as possible. I often photograph alone and with the least amount of gear possible. I ensure that you never feel like you’re on exhibit or that there are a lot of awkward lights, light stands, and helpers everywhere. You, my camera, and a few lenses are all that are involved. I have an effective setup for every scenario, however I do carry vintage and experimental equipment to experiment with (as well as a full backup kit).

  • After we setup a meeting in person or phone call you’ll receive a custom payment portal online where you can sign the contract and make the deposit and final payment via credit card. I also take checks if you prefer

  • A good rule of thumb is 75 to 100 deliverable photos per hour of coverage. That number doesn’t dictate how much we will shoot. It’s how many pictures you can expect delivered after the wedding is over. When we are capturing your day, we don’t spray n’ pray, and we don’t undershoot. We are intentional in our focus and our goals.

  • My style is formally called photojournalistic wedding photography or wedding photojournalism. There’s even an official organization called the WPJA. It takes the hands-off, documentary approach of photojournalism and applies it to wedding photography.

  • Of course, not everyone likes standing in front of a camera. Our job is to make you feel at ease to help capture the best you. Most of the time you won’t even know were are there allowing you to relax and allowing us to make the photos you deserve

  • Standard turnaround time for delivery of your photos is ten weeks after the event date — however, depending on the time of year it may be sooner. Most of my wedding packages include “sneak peeks” so you at least get a few to share with family and friends right away!

  • Yes, once delivered, you have the rights to do whatever you would like with the photographs. I do, however, ask for credit by name for any businesses that use my work for any public or marketing purposes.

  • Anywhere. The Bahamas, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Italy, Mexico, France, Greece, New Zealand, Spain, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Chile, Brazil, Australia, Peru, Poland, and more. Don’t allow distance stop you in the least, and I’ll work with you to keep travel costs reasonable.

  • Of course. You have the freedom to share your images online and print them anywhere you like. If you want prints done correctly but don’t want to commit to a specific location, I can also deliver prints from my professional print studio.

  • Fully processed, edited, and downloadable printable high resolution jpeg images.

  • I’m available whenever you need me throughout the day.

  • Only if you bring your A game.

  • Totally. I love candids throughout the day especially family portraits. In order to determine whether we are a good fit, I decide to highlight creative couples’ photographs on my website.
